"Anyone giving this place 4 and 5 stars clearly haven’t lived anywhere nice. This place is a DUMP! Everything is falling apart. Probably the worst place to live in Coppell. They LOVE to tow cars as well. This is not the place to live."

"The amenities are unbelievable. The residents are really looked after by the management, leasing staff and the maintenance team. We looked at several places before moving here. The landscaping is kept clean and beautiful. This is a very classy and friendly place to live and it is in an excellent location."
