"We’ve lived here a year and we loved the old management company. Ever since they changed systems for Parking they Towed our brand new car we bought last night all the way out to Denton. Couldn’t go into the office the night before to register it so we were planning to do it the next morning. We put out with the 90 degrees inside all summer last year since they said since the building is old it doesn’t retain cool air well, but now I’m beyond frustrated. Currently questioning if we should even renew our lease."

"We have stayed in Townlake of Coppell for almost 9 Years. Was a bit emotional leaving a place where so many memories have been built. The team handling the apartments is amazing, always eager to help us. Gena has been wonderful and helped us where ever and when ever possible. A great school district. Mr. Santos from maintaince team was always a call away, Really good place to raise kids with the school distric which it offers. Best of Luck to all."

"The only reason for the second star is that the people in the office are nice and try to help and the maintenance staff tries their best. All in all the place is a dump. The apartments are drafty the electric and heat bills are outrageous (more than for a 4,000 sq foot house) there are rats in the ceiling and in the bushes.. the sidewalks are oceans of mud and to get a covered parking spot you must pay more. The walls are thin and can barely hold a nail.. It is embarrassing that for 2400 dollars this is what you get. 1100 sq feet of dirty wilted plastic plank floor, appliances from the 80s, and carpet that is 'apartment brown' for a reason. There is no amount of lipstick that can be placed on this particular pig to make it nice. They should be ashamed of charging so much. The plumbing is hanging on by a thread. I would look elsewhere."

"I am living here close to an year. The house is old. Lots of roach's and we are struggling a lot. Close to 4 months now still the roach problem is not resolved. Finally we decided to move out. Earlier we have AC problem and struggled for a month in summer. My power bills raised up to 250 dollar per month(986Sq-ft). This is old community and please be aware. One good thing is that maintenance people are good and they provide faster service but not on (Sundays). Toilet commodes are old (in my flat) and they often require service."

"I stayed in this apartment for 7 months. The staffs in leasing office is very helpful. Due to covid, I had to move out and Ana Benitez has helped me a lot when I moved out. These apartment is well maintained and its clean. Community in Townlake of Coppell is also very good. The only drawback I felt is, the unit I leased didn’t have a washer and dryer and they don’t have a common laundry. We should either buy or rent it from 3rd party. This was little painful when I moved In and moved out. Overall, I strongly recommend this apartment."
