"If you want somewhere to live that does not keep track of your rental payments correctly, paper work you have filled out, then this is the place for you. Multiple times rental payments were said they weren’t paid when they were. Spoke to leasing and they stated that letting someone take over the lease was approved after I moved out they told new tenant they lost his application and he’d have to redo. Then they told him it wasn’t approved and he had to move out. Now they have sent me to collections for a debt they I haven’t been able to reach anyone to have resolved! (That’s the other thing they are never in the office and when they are they have no answers to any questions) Gave them a check for the move out they lost it!!! And said they have no record of having it even though I have a copy with the leasing initials.. this place has horrible management! Please find somewhere else to live! So now I review a phone call from a law firm debt collector!!! Tried email of course email they provided isn’t working!! This place is a joke"

"Entrance and exit gate has been broken for weeks, why have a gated complex if the gate never shuts? Very shady car tows at weird hours when guests are allowed on the lot. No guest parking even though threats have been made to unregistered vehicles. Staff is almost never present on site due to school reasons! A student should not be in charge of a leasing office of any kind. Even for student living! This place has many issues to clean up before they can even sell it as welcoming and comfy! To give more context, when my car was towed Denton Police were informed that Integrity tow services isn't contracted with Vitae for towing yet I just saw them return to take and grab another vehicle while the gate would not shut. This doesn't seem right to allow guests for your residents just to basically steal their cars and have multiple tow companies drive through. Solution #1 would be guest parking signs so residents have designated parking as well as visitors."

"I lived here for a year and had very few issues. It's a quiet complex that only has one true entrance and exit for cars, so it felt isolated; I never worried about walking trash to the dumpster at night, because it's completely fenced in. I know they've had minor crime issues since I left, but nothing of note happened while I lived there. The interiors are very nice and updated, and management was generally friendly. I did have to pay a cleaning fee upon move out, but it wasn't astronomical. There's an elevator too, which made moving in and out of my third floor apartment MUCH easier than other apartments I've lived in."

"Absolutely loved living here, I never had any issues. I'm moving out bc my bf and I decided to move in together and we wanted a place that was unfurnished and a little bigger. I'm sad to see so many bad reviews and I think they might be a bit unfair. I've never had any issues with the employees they're all super friendly, hardworking, understanding, and accommodating. The maintenance staff is amazing and always responded to requests quickly. They keep the property very clean, it's so nice to come home to everyday. The office staff was so professional and polite, always happy to answer questions and talk to me when I came in. If you have an problem just talk to the office (I prefer to go in person) they're great people and understand that life doesn't always go according to plan, they're super caring and clearly want to give their residences a great experience. They also communicate with their residences through email regularly and I really appreciate that. I feel like some places don't care about their residences or treat them like actual human beings, but this place is not like that al all! Overall I've been very impressed with how great living here has been. It's a small community, quiet, and the units are so nice. I hope this helps anyone unsure about moving here!"

"These apartments are beautiful and nicely renovated. I had the pleasure of doing a virtual tour with Alysia and she made it seem as if i was there! She made sure i seen every detail of the unit and she answered all of my questions, and I had MANY! With everything going on, it is hard finding somewhere nice and safe to live and speaking with someone who doesn't sound annoyed. So i took pleasure into communicating with someone who acted the opposite. Alysia was calm, collected, sweet and made me feel welcomed! Will definitely be in touch!"
