Comfort Inn Near UNT

"Loved it! I didn't get in until 1am. Staff was sooooo kind and the room was nice. Paid less than $100. Felt clean. Smelled pleasant. Wish the shower had better water pressure, but that's my preference. Would definitely stay here again if in town. I was a solo traveler and didn't feel unsafe at any point!! Right off the highway!! I wish i could comment on breakfast, but i laid in bed enjoying the comfort until 9am, which is when breakfast ended!! Next time!!"

"Beware, this location charges the card on file $150 for incidentals when you book with points. They did not inform us of this and it was a nasty surprise. Rest of reviews about mold and smells and such are also accurate. Will not stay again."

"Where do I start. When you first walk in it smells horrible. Like when you accidentally leave your laundry in the washer too long. Guys at front desk were watching YouTube videos on the TV which was weird to me, but the least of the problems. The breakfast was gross. It was slimy sausage patties and eggs that were sitting in water and had a weird crust on them. Cereal was fine. The shower was cold at night which sucked cause I just drove a long way and wanted a hot shower. It was hot in the morning though. The shower curtain was yellow. The towels in our room weren't folded and obviously used before which is absolutely disgusting. You have to flush the toilet twice for it to top running constantly. The room is noisy, you can hear the highway, that's not their fault, but just be prepared for that. The whole room was dirty and grimy and based on other things, like the handprint on the headboard, and leftovers in the fridge that were left there from the last people, I have no confidence that they even cleaned the room, much less changed the sheets and blankets. For the price I'd say you're better off staying anywhere else"

"There were scratch marks on the door where it latches, as if somebody had tried to break in. Water fountains in the pool room were disgusting. Genuinely did not want to touch anything because of how disgusting it was. Shower has a stain on the entire back wall. Insides of drawers are full of dirt. Bed frames have fingerprints and dirt spots all over them. Vent in the bathroom has rust all over it. Paint chipped in all hallways, and the entire hotel smells musty. In our room, there were stains on the sheets, stains on the curtains, stains and dirt on the lamp between the beds, the walls were dirty and stuff had been splattered on them and not cleaned off. Under the mini fridge was disgusting, obviously something spilled under it a long time ago, as there was lots of dust and not clean in the slightest. There were inappropriate doodles on the outlet. The picture frame/glass next to the bed had dirt and something splattered dry on it. The thermostat had dirt and dust on it. There were white stains in the carpet. The shower rod is really dirty on the underside. There were hairs leftover from someone on the beds when we checked them for bedbugs. It looks like there aren’t any bedbugs, but I won’t be shocked if we bring them home considering how nasty everything was. I will never be coming back here. I spent way too much money here for what it was worth. There is obviously a massive lack of care regarding customer service here and creating an enjoyable experience for guests. "It’s a decent stay. Couple of dining options nearby. Hot breakfast. Rooms are decent. Only gripe is the entire hotel has a moldy smell. Anyone with respiratory problems would have a discomfort."
