"Has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The balls smell like rotten onions. The room was filthy. Grease on stove, splattered gunk on table and tv. Staff is never around. Back door is always open and homeless looking people come in and out throughout the day. The washers and dryers don’t work. They take your money but leave your clothes soaking wet and 2 different dryers had no heat so didn’t dry. Run away. Far away. Not worth the $65"

"This was the worst room I have ever had in my life hands down. This is the kind of room I would not rent for an enemy. No pillow cases, pillows had stains and what appeared to be pubic hair. Same was true for the sheets. The was not anyone at the desk and it took three phone calls to get someone to come to the desk. The woman who showed up appeared as if this was her first job out of prison. I quickly left chose to sleep in my car in subfreezing temperatures instead of staying in that room. Tried a few other places but they were booked up. I have submitted report with local health department and the Denton fire department for multiple health, safety and fire code violations. Hopefully this will help the management identify and correct these issues. It would not take a great deal of time or money to make this a clean safe place to stay. Take away is please do not stay here there are several other options that are far superior to this place."

"I stayed there a year ago for 8 months from April through December. its a good hotel but cops were always there and flights were starting and nothing to do There were no gym no pool. the room was big. management was good and the housekeeping staff was nice and friendly and I loved talking to the front It took almost 2-3 hours for someone to come to the front to help us out"

"Currently in our 4 week here and it's amazing it's quiet. You do have occasional noise and kids. But rooms are quiet comfy and very clean. Not sure where are the one stars are coming from for nasty rooms. Not here ... Management is great GM Is outstanding will chat and listen to you the only small complaint is id like to have housekeeping a few times"
