The Grove at Irving,

"Horrible place to live in, drunk neighbors outside throughout the week, they literally hang out in front of the “No Loud Music” sign. Parkings a mess, a whole building burnt a whole year ago and have barely even lifted a finger, all they did was put a huge fence around blocking 4-5 parking spots, very helpful in my opinion.Not to mention, the building is pretty much abandoned and now is used by teens and random crackheads as a “hang out” spot, which is self explanatory not a safe place to be around at pretty much anytime. Anywho do not recommend living here, the dishwasher broke like not even a month in, and they never came to do anything about it despite asking them to fix it countless times, the walls slowly start to crack overtime and management is nothing but rude 100% of the time."

"The grove was by far the worst living experience my family and I had the first month one of our vehicles was stolen from this property and was never found second there is groups of men drinking and with loud music every single night even though they had signs that said such behavior was not allowed management is incredibly rude talks to you with no respect and dose not show any diligence in his job, a building that was burnt down is basically abandoned which now teens have made a hang out spot which seems like there up to no good management instead of being nosey and lazy should focus on the property and the tenants safety."

"I do not recommend The Grove. These apartments have done nothing but go up on the rent change management and ownership here and there over the last thirty years. They don't take care of them and will allow 3-8 people to live in a two bedroom apartment! These apartments either need owners who care or to be demolished like most of the old ones in this part of Irving has been. I have family who use to live here. I thought I would go look since things change especially since the 90s. I was very disappointed when I saw mold in almost every room in the unit I viewed which had been painted recently. Then you factor in the vehicles getting trashed in the parking lot these apartments are not worth it."

"Horrible!! These apartments are really noisy especially at night by neighbors and tenants that live here! Management does nothing about it! This place might as well be a night club the way they play loud music outside all the time! I go sleepless having to deal with all this! If peace and quiet is your priority when looking for a new place, then don’t come here!"

"LOVE THIS PLACE NOW! They just respirated the parking lot, have new flooring options that look great, and the staff here since the property has changed ownership is amazing! Rabecca the manager has been nothing but kind and helpful for anything I have needed. She has been super helpful to my family as well. Fair, honest, and respectful! No need to dwell on any negative rating now that they are changing things here! Also, the Maintenance here is on it if it’s a pet waste, trash out on property, or issue in our home....very nice and quick!"
