"It's not worth the price. It looks like a DIY project. Maintenance will "close out" your requests and not finish them. If you have any loud neighbors, you will definitely hear them. Management will keep sending emails about trash but never doing anything about it. Trash is left all over the property, which invites all types of animals to dig through trash. On top of that, I had to keep requesting maintenance to spray for insects. No matter how many times I check, I see ants all the time. If you like your water getting cold mid-use, then you will love it here since you share 1 water heater per 2-4 apartments. When I asked why my kitchen didn't have hot water maintenance said "sometimes you have to wait 10 mins.""
"I love this apartment because is very close to everything like highway, grocery store, mall, airport, gas station. very very access able to everywhere. I have been living here since 2018 ordinary i like moving around lol but the manager here her name is KITA she's so nice and ready to help you in what ever you want and that's my mover mood why i'm still here. Most importantly, the community is very quite if you want to study and work from home. At night the community is very bright. Please come join me my block is 3837. Thank you"

"Update: this morning, no hot water. Wonderful. Update 2 - just got a notification that my service request regarding no hot water was completed, and I still don't have hot water They haven't fixed the problem but they mark it as fixed. It's like when I inquired about getting new carpet in my bedroom due to the carpet coming apart from being stretched out due to the shifting foundation of the building. Maintenance said they completed the service request when they never set foot in my unit. I've attached pictures of where the walls are showing signs of distress. Update 11/29/22, no hot water again, no email from the office Update 12/22/22 Now my heater can't keep up with the cold. My heater has been running full blast for the better part of 24 hours and the temperature has been slowly dropping the entire time, even after jamming a towel in the gaping door jam at the bottom of my front door, and all 3 gates to the apartments are broken. Update 12/25/22- heater is broken again, but now the problem is that it won't shut off Update 7/15/23, structure fire. Not surprising considering my AC unit struggles to cool my unit to 80 degrees, costing me $300 on my electricity bills for a 1 bedroom apartment that's less than 700 square feet. I've complained about this for literally years and I've just given up in getting this fixed Here's another fun thing we have to deal with, workers are outside at 7 AM beating on the side of the building being loud AF. AT 7 AM!!!!! I would not recommend living here. It was great when I moved in years ago and has gotten worse ever since. Maintenence is currently the biggest issue. The property has changed owners and management a few times, and my rent has gone up significantly, yet nothing has gotten better. The building foundation is bad, the gates don't work, the mail room doesn't lock, they don't want anybody outside after 10 pm for any reason, you're not allowed to smoke, neighbors don't watch their kids, there are never any dog poop bags, the trash company skips units, the dog park's gates don't close and there are holes hidden in the grass which can easily cause you to twist/sprain/break an ankle. When the gates do work, there's nothing to protect you from the elements when you roll your car window down at the number box, so you will get rained on. I've needed my AC unit worked on several times per year and maintenance does the laziest job possible. This on top of maintenance not caring if they make a mess in your unit and not even attempting to clean up after themselves. They're always trying to make the grounds nicer without fixing any of the real problems. This is also a greystar property that's being sued for price-fixing rents with a handful of other companys using the RealPage software to raise rents on all their properties. My rent has gone up by about $500 since I first moved in. Has anything here improved in a meaningful way? No, but plenty has gotten worse. Every issue I've had I've brought up with management and maintenance, with varying degrees of success. Our water also gets shut off far more often than it should be and we are given literally no notice. I'm told emails are sent out to us to let us know, however I don't get them, and I don't have them on my spam folder, and I have verified my email with management. I actually hate to write this because the girls on the office have always been great to me, but I'm just tired of paying $1200/month and living in a sub $700 residence. This is a repost since the original review wasn't showing. People deserve to know the truth about this property."
