"We made an appointment for 11:30 today (Saturday) and got a confirmation email. But the office was closed when we arrived. The sign said staff would be back at 1:00, but no one ever showed up or answered the phone. Their hours clearly state that they’re open on Saturdays from 10 to 5."

"For the most part, these apartments are good. Well priced compared to most, good amount of space. Here lately we’ve had a couple of issues with maintenance fixing our plumbing. When we asked for our faucets to be fixed due to leaking, we were told to “turn them harder” and they were never fixed. I don’t think that’s a solution, really, and it’s like we’re a bother to them for things that are beyond our control."
