The apartment was filthy, with broken kitchen drawers, cupboard doors, and raised wooden floors. The smell of humidity was overwhelming. The manager, Serra, was unresponsive and unhelpful. We were forced to extend our motel stay, costing us even more money. They treated us like we were disposable, not even acknowledging our concerns. We felt like we were living in a dumpster. Don't fall for their false promises. Your health and well-being are at risk. We're still fighting to get our deposit back. Save yourself the stress and rent from a reputable landlord. "Good place to live with your family, specially if you have kids. The maintenance guys works hard to ensure your issues are fixed. Sarahi and Jazmine are super helpful, happy to be here. EDIT : The maintenance service has deteriorated a lot. A work order raised on a weekday, won't be addressed for 5 days. There are just 2 people in the whole community to address your maintenance needs."

"Update:- Adding beautiful Swimming pool. The play area is much worse that these. I recently had the misfortune of renting an apartment in this complex, and I cannot express my disappointment enough. From the very beginning, it was clear that this place was not what it claimed to be. Let me start with the maintenance, which is absolutely abysmal. It takes countless calls and multiple trips to get even the simplest issue fixed. They lack basic professionalism and seem completely indifferent to the residents' concerns. I've encountered several problems with my apartment since moving in, and it has been a nightmare trying to get them addressed. It's frustrating to have to constantly chase them down just to get a response, let alone a resolution. It's as if they have no regard for the fact that we pay hard-earned money to live here. Another major disappointment is the lack of a good park area. The so-called "park" they advertise is nothing more than a small patch of neglected grass with no amenities whatsoever. It's a far cry from the spacious, well-maintained park they proudly display on their website. False advertising at its finest. In summary, I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere. The maintenance is beyond terrible, the reviews are all fabricated, and the park area is non-existent. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a place that actually values its residents and provides the promised amenities."
