"Absolutely DO NOT lease here. We had to endure the scorching record heat this entire summer because they refused to fix my AC unit. Maintenance came out to “look at it” and said nothing was wrong with it. I let them know that when you first turn the unit on the air blew cold but after an hour or so it would blow hot air. They never came back out to inspect it and verify that in fact was blowing hot air. Robert told me “it’ll be cooler outside soon” (I have the email to prove it) I informed Seven Seas, the owners and even those emails/calls went ignored. It is now December and they never fixed it. Now my fridge stopped working and am getting the run around again from the office. They do not care about their tenants here and are absolutely horrible people working in the office. I will be filing a complaint with the City of Grand Prairie."
