"Hangar 19 and the management really disappointed my boyfriend and I. I called twice and spoke with Kevin of what we needed to do if we are not renewing? He said nothing about a 60 day written notice. I received a email back in February the subject line said “Renewal Reminder” therefore we did not click on it because we are not renewing. I received another one 50 days before move out and at the bottom of the email it says “you have to write a 60 day notice”. We turned it in 50 before and asked that since, I called and told them twice. Would they honor the 60 days notice and they would not do that. My boyfriend and I have to pay 10 extra days because of this… It feels like a big scam to me, that they are trying to scarf out money from us. I highly suggest Hangar 19 change the subject line on the email to “renewing and not renewing”. So people like us do not get frustrated with this situation and are having to pay for 10 extra days. The apartment its self is okay. The gates are always opened and the outside trash is always overflowing. We’ve had our AC go out 3-4 times in the 12 months we’ve been here. I’m really disappointed in the management at Hangar 19. It gets 2 stars cause this could have been handled much better by management."

"Just wanted to give a huge appreciation to the maintenance team here – Robert, Rashad, and Marcus! These guys have been absolute lifesavers since I moved in. From fixing leaky faucets to sorting out wonky appliances, they're always quick to respond and super friendly about it too. Their know-how is top-notch, and they're always happy to lend a hand or offer a tip. Seriously, couldn't ask for a better crew keeping things running smoothly around here. Thanks, guys!"

"I am utterly appalled by the complete lack of transparency and honesty exhibited by the management of this establishment in the aftermath of a recent shooting incident. First and foremost, the management's dishonesty regarding the dates of the shooting is reprehensible. It happened 1/31/24, not Friday 2/2/24. Instead of owning up to the gravity of the situation and providing accurate information, they have chosen to sweep the incident under the rug by manipulating the timeline. This deceitful behavior is not only disrespectful to the individuals directly affected by the shooting but also to every resident who deserves to know the truth about the safety of their environment. It was also stated that action occurred within 24 hours, but it's been a week and the person who caused the incident is still in the building. It is also stated that you had nothing to stand on, for a "possible shooting" and can't assume that something happened when there's bullet holes in my neighbors walls and doors. Furthermore, the claim that they adequately communicated the incident to the affected building is a blatant lie. As a resident directly impacted by this egregious oversight, I can attest to the fact that there was a severe lack of communication regarding the shooting. It is unacceptable that management would attempt to absolve themselves of responsibility by spreading misinformation and neglecting to inform tenants of such a critical event. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by their unethical behavior, and I urge prospective tenants to think twice before entrusting their safety to an establishment that prioritizes deception over transparency."

"Today, I visited this property as my potential future residence. The Hangar 19 property is extremely clean and offers great amenities, such as work from home spaces. Also, the apartments are update with everything to make your everyday living experience easier. Finally, I toured with Kevin, who is very knowledgeable and professional, and his colleague Sandy was friendly and nice as well!"
