"These apartments are a rip off! My son applied two weeks ago and he has not gotten an answer as to wether he got the apartment or not. $300 down the drain and we still got no answer. Management here is not good. If I could leave no stars I would! Don't apply here!!!"

"Worst managment ever. You will receive a ROACHES infested apartment. I had to pay a hotel for a few day after I received the keys and I had to take care of the issue because they said I had to wait 15 days for the pest control company to do a service. The A/C unit is too old and doesn't cool down properly and has a high energy consumption . When you move out, they will charge a lot of fees that you're not supposed to pay. Be careful with these people."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! The office has the worse treatment for their residents. They change management team at least once a year! They do not care to help residents at all. To top it off they have a FEE to pay rent. Not because it’s late just a fee in order to be able to pay your rent. RIDICULOUS management. They never have hot water. The parking is the worse. The loudness going on at night with cars speeding in & out and people blasting music at late night hours of the night. I am not a Karen, but it’s just gone passed too far. The stove will go out. The refrigerator. ESSENTIALS. They will not care to send someone ASAP. I’ve had to trow out my food TWICE it’s been a week and they don’t care to send someone to work on the refrigerator. They will not answer and they will not be in the office. THE WORSE. The trash speaks for itself with this picture."

"We been in this apartments for a year. There has been a lot of changes done recently on terms and fees but the new managers are very patient and kind and take the time to explain all the changes and help. the apartments are actually improving!! and they are Better people"
