"Horrible experience from the manager at this complex!!! I lived at the Davis for almost THREE YEARS, made all my rent payments ON TIME, NO ISSUES…. I go in last Friday to try and rent a new apartment there, paid the background fee and thought no problem….. I call today on Monday Feb 23rd and am now being DENIED an apartment there because of a chapter 13 bankruptcy I filed almost a YEAR AGO!! The manager basically said too bad and said I cannot rent the apartment! Never have had late payments or missed payments from ANY apartment complex!! Keep in mind at the Davis they don’t want to do business with you if you have a bankruptcy!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Don’t rent from this complex as I was treated like a third class citizen!!!"

"I have been living here for just about a month and I've had a great experience right from the start. The last complex I lived in was a nightmare and I couldn't wait to move here. The property is very clean, maintenance is always working and feels more like a community. I worked with Christian at the front desk and he was awesome. He was very nice and responsive. There were no hidden fees or anything when signing. I love the walking path, the dog park and I can't wait for the summer to use the pool because its gorgeous. Definitely recommend this complex if you're looking for somewhere to live (:"

You can see and hear the landing gear opening of B747 on a full flap descend or see the sleek design of B787 to the very detail of the windows from the comfort of your balcony under every 5 minutes. it's a apartment complex right out of a home decor magazine. very chic. However, right under one of the busiest airports in the US."
