"Some advice. Stay away from any Indio managed property. Specifically, if you intend on renting in Midlothian Texas stay away from the 9th St Apartments. On-site managers are Ashely who is never there and never does what she promises and then their is Stevie, a young man who smiles and then does not follow through. He's very sensitive. For those of you who might want to rent an apartment at 9th St Apartments in Midlothian here are some things you might be looking for: - Do you want to pay an additional $120 in fees on top of your rent? If yes, then Indio and 9th St is for you. - Do you want to live in a complex where dumpsters are always full? If yes, then Indio and 9th St is for you. - Do you want cars and trucks idling with their lights blasting through your window for ten minutes every morning before dawn? If yes, then Indio and 9th St is for you. - Do you want to live where water bills make no sense? If yes, then Indio and 9th St is for you. - Do you want to see litter and trash all over the common areas? If yes, then Indio and 9th St is for you. - Do you want a management company that does everything in their power to provide an excuse for letting a property they manage head down a path of decline? If yes, then Indio Management and 9th St is for you. I doubt the 5 star reviews are real. Life is too short to deal with the lack of truthfulness and incompetence Indio Management displays every day at the 9th St Apartments in Midlothian."

"The management is good, very accommodating and does their best to provide the best service when needed. The property is well maintained and a nice place to live with a great pool and onsite fitness center. The area has lots to offer for shopping and the location provides quick access to everything Midlothian has to offer. It's also a bonus being by the park to walk our dogs. Would defiantly recommend."

"If you're looking to move, this is your sign to choose 9th Street Apartments! The front office staff is extremely helpful and I'm so thankful for them! They have made my transition so easy and affordable, might I add! The maintenance team is on top of their game and super responsive. The complex itself is well maintained and safe."

"I was a resident since 2021. I moved out early( a month ago) and paid my early termination fee since I was breaking my lease. I recieved my final bill, which was incorrect( it stated I gave less of a security deposit then what I gave them along with other deposits) I'm currently speaking with Ashlynn,( there have been 3 different office mang. since I signed my lease)who is nice and trying to help me get what the property owes me but still haven't heard anything from anyone and my phone calls go straight to voicemail. I will update this review. Update: Ashlynn helped get my refund that I was due."
