"Their services are really slow. When a request is raised online they just close it before even addressing the issue and fixing it. They boast fast and impressive staff that addresses issue .. but it is the opposite. Even after visiting the office multiple times they give an ETA to make us leave the office but never send anyone. I think they delay wantedly and if the problem increases they would blame us for it as it would be easier to shift the blame ."

"UPDATED: After the initial paperwork and the application fees, they said one of my roommates had a criminal charge, even though the criminal charge was wrongly placed and she worked to get it off her record in the past. When she tried to contact the office about this issue, they gave us the loop around and even started not answering our calls. After searching for a new place, we had no issues with her "criminal history", so we have no idea why it was such an issue. It was unprofessional. I still think the quality of the apartments for the price was decent, I would just not recommend this place to someone who has ANY specific needs (first time renters especially) because you might have hard time with office staff. I had a guided tour with Maria Banuelos several days ago and had a wonderful experience! My current lease ends in January and it can be a difficult time to find something two or three months ahead, but we were able to find something that worked. Although the exact unit we wanted wasn't open just yet we were able to tour a similar layout to get the feel for what it might be like. I was afraid that a non-upgraded unit might look too old or dated, as it is with a lot of non-upgraded units in this area but it was actually nice! I'm very particular about kitchens and bathroom and nothing seemed gross or faulty to me; even in "showrooms" sometimes you can still smell or see signs damage but I was pleasantly surprised. The walls and ceilings weren't too popcorn-y or too obviously covered in paint. There is a great amount of amenities as well; the lot is very big and spread out. Overall, you just can't beat the price. It's 2.5 times rent instead of 3 times like most places, so I was fine with just me and my roomate. They also had a special of $1000 off the first month which helps tremendously! Overall, Maria was super nice and through, and gave us notes to help us look over the options. We viewed 14 apartments in this area and we feel good about our choice. I hope to leave another positive review once we move in! I don't have too many photos but I provided two that show the most of the unit we saw."
