"I’ve been here 4 years and has never had a problem with neighbors or office staff, really never had maintenance issues , but my air 1 time and it was taken care of soon as I reported it. Office staff has always been nice and respectful to me but I also give respect when I go in there to speak with anyone there, they are always pleasant and helpful. Ms Davis"

"Our daughters have been harassed over parking for 2 months. The office refuses to address it. Now their car was broken into this morning. The security gates haven't worked in over 2 years!!! And none of the security camera they have installed around the complex work."

"This is the worst apartment service I’ve moved into. Eveything in the apartment looks like they didn’t remodel anything, the walls have something dripping down through them, the paint is falling off, I have spiders going through my window because it’s not setup right. My ac hasn’t been fixed and I think it’s a refrigerant leak and I’ve called the office so many times just to fix it, no one has and I’m always hot, my mood lowers based on how hot the temperature get. We’re trying to stay happy since it’s a new apartment but everything is horrible. We filled out a sheet with problems with the apartment but the only thing they’ve changed is the stove, please don’t move here if you are expecting everything in new condition"

"I've never felt so profiled in my life. Despite the multiple warnings not to pursuit this complex I did anyway and in result I just withdrew my app. the entire process took almost 3 months (from Dec-Feb). First they made me apply for gov. assistance and I was told it was apart of the process for everyone but a coworker (of diff ethnicity) who lives there told me otherwise. They didn't tell me upfront what all was required upon submitting my app. I had to call every two weeks and each time I called I was hit with a diff excuse of why my app was not yet submitted. Maria Silva was my rep and I went in person to check the status mid Jan and she told me we were still waiting on compliance and that it was delayed due to the holidays but that was a story. When I called back at the end of the month I was informed that my application was passed to the other Maria who had just returned from maternity leave and she was requesting I resubmit all documents all over again. I was infuriated and in result had to withdraw my app because they kept "finding" something wrong. They completely profiled me and treated very me poorly. Overall wouldn't recommend and would take heed to ALL the warnings."

"Controlled gated acess is a JOKE! The speaker has never worked since I have been visiting my family there over two years! How can your residents feel safe when the main gate to enter is open 24/7 yet you want to tow vehicles visiting on a Sunday!!! Get it together!!! The visitor parking strip is not visible and no warning given. I had been there less than 34 hours visiting! Always music playing loud and people just sitting in their cars all hours of the night! At least have a security guard if you are going to leave those gates unlocked! Y’all don’t care about the residents, you just want that money. Any way you can get it! Just SICK!!!!"
