"The first few months living here where great…I don’t like the addition of the speed bumps .My grill was thrown out or stolen sitting out side of my garage that I pay for ….the two bedrooms are just to small here so I will not be renewing. I also don’t like cleanliness of the property. Garbage has been piled up since Christmas time."

"From the day I stepped foot in the leasing office door… I felt at home. Ashley and Brandon made me feel so welcome and made my process painless. Ashley’s customer service is always impeccable and she always greets me with a huge smile on her face. JaJaun and Tiffany have been absolutely amazing since joining the team. They always make me feel so welcome. The whole maintenance team are always wonderful, available and so willing to assist with your needs immediately. I’m so thankful, grateful and blessed to have found my new home."

"I have lived here since September 2021. The property is filthy. They rarely clean and have never power washed since I moved in though I have requested multiple times. Ownership (SWBC LP) and management are terrible. I have addressed numerous issues to office staff including regional/current property Manager Holly and she doesn't really do anything nor do the rest of the office staff except give you the run around. The building construction is poor. They market it as a new luxury apartment, but the apartment I got had holes throughout the patios, cracks and stains, tile lifting in multiple places, caulking missing in various places and washing off in the shower every time I turned on the water, a poor closet and was not cleaned prior to me moving in with sawdust and paint splatter, etc everywhere. I also had to deal with a leaks in the bathroom as well as one in the kitchen that took them several days, before they decided to send someone to even look at though it was creating a large puddle of water on the floor daily and could have been damaging to me property and the apartment. It took them 2 weeks to fix that. It also took them 2 months to send someone to finally fix my hot water when I complained about it multiple times and had to take uncomfortable cold showers daily. When I moved into the apartment I immediately noticed it was infested with various insects, ants, roaches, spiders, gnats, earwigs, crickets and numerous other insects I dealt with for 3 months, killing insects 24 hours. There is always a lot of trash, debris, dead insects, stains and dog defecation throughout the property excessively. They often close work orders as completed, without completing them and it can take months for them to even look at one of them due to their intentional lack of staff. They have a tremendously high turn-over in staff. Since I have lived here there has been no one stable to do maintenance or clean the property. Leasing agents/management have resigned. They stay maybe a month, if that, and leave. They refuse to hire permanent staff and therefore it has been short-staffed since opening. You will wait weeks or months for them to bring someone from another property, who doesn't have much time to fix your issues, because they have other work elsewhere. They don't keep residents updated about pertinent issues. The light went out in the hallways, they sent out no communication. People's cars were stuck in their garages and couldn't leave. It was for the entire day. When I went to the office and mentioned it, they were nonchalant. The entire building walkways were icy for weeks when it snowed, which made it dangerous to walk. Didn't do anything about it. There were issues with parking for over a month due to construction, and they sent out no notification to inform residents. Thought I would have to park some miles away from the property and walk. They rarely pick up the phone, close the office often, and don't respond to emails. They are not honest. They charge for incomplete or no service. Packages are often stolen though they charge for door delivery service and valet trash is inconsistent and misses days regularly. The apartment is not impressive overall, compared to other luxury apartments. Gym is very basic, pool is very small, management doesn't care. Instead of opening multiple apartments coincidentally to increase profitability, they should focus on customer satisfaction and quality over quantity by getting one right before moving on to the next one. There are better apartment options in the area. I would choose something else. Update as of 9/28/23: Current management in place, via RPM, is an improvement over the last one in original complaint, but overall still would never recommend this place to anyone I actually like for numerous reasons. They also lack diversity in the people they hire which is not reflective of the various people that live in the complex; one of the things I disliked about living here. Seems to be perpetual throughout the organization & via whomever also handles regional hiring."

""It's a very nice place to live it feels very homie when you walk in the unit but I feel like there should be cameras at the entrances of every building just in case something happens to someone unit so the can know when, where, and how they got into the community to keep everyone safe.. but outside of that you will safe and can sleep in peace you might hear your next door neighbor every now and again but it's a very nice place..." if you need anything I recommend you go to Ashley she's welcoming and she try to make you feel at home before you can really make it home..."

"Someone shared 6 days ago a very lengthy review that was actually full of untruths. Their pictures were old and I’m not sure if their post updated the date because they posted an update or what. There is definitely room for improvement but their assessment is nothing like what I’m experiencing. I moved into the complex in February 2023. Office staff has been the same since I arrived. They are permanent staff.. Work orders are completed sometimes within minutes of me leaving the office. They’ve recently had the breezeways redone. They do make every attempt to address issues with residents who take no pride in where they live. They do a ton of events for the residents and they’re really trying to right whatever was happening under the previous property management company. No place is perfect but it takes the residents and the leasing office to work together when you’re living in an apartment. The staff and maintenance team are doing an amazing job!"
