"Great place to live. Jake is an amazing property manager. All of my interactions with staff have been great. Property is well maintained. Overall, it’s a great place to call home! I just wanted to add to my original review. I just spent 30 minutes(I was bored) reading previous reviews. Some of the issues are legit. Shopping carts and trash being the two that irritate me the most. But I put more of the blame on my neighbors that don’t seem to care what kind of environment they live in. I mean, how is it ok that you walk a shopping cart over from HEB, then leave it in your hallway when your are done?? And to just throw trash bags on the floor of the trash chute room rather than open the chute and drop your bag in it?? Yes, the apartment complex could get rid of the carts faster, but that would require at least one person whose entire full time job would be walking carts back to HEB. That isn’t realistic. I just wish my neighbors took any kind of pride in where they call home. I imagine many of these negative reviews were left by the same people that trash my apartment complex. Maybe some cameras around the complex will help to find the guilty parties, then they can be fined for their laziness, and they will learn to give a damn about where they lay their head at night. But I understand privacy issues probably prevent that from being an option. Jake and the rest of the staff I have had interactions with have all been amazing! Keep up the good work folks! Thank you!"
"Report Card after being here for one month: Security = F. Multiple exterior gates and doors broken, garage gates wide open. Any vagrant can wander in off the street. Lighting = F. Almost all street lights around the complex are out of service, making it risky to walk your dog after dark. Cleanliness = F. Hallways are filthy. They need a powerwash with bleach. Looks like they were last clean when the place was built. Elevators = C. 3 elevators in complex. Elevator across the gym has been out of service 3 times in one week. Gym = C. Multiple machines broken for extended periods of time. Only appears to be cleaned maybe once a week. Apartment = A. The only good comment I have is the apartment itself was in very good condition, fairly quiet, and everything seemed to work fine."
"Bell Frisco! you will for sure get the worst customer service award if it was a thing! you cannot do better at picking the rudest and most incompetent front office people! My lease was set for renewal so I decided to stop by the office to discuss my options as it was suggested on the renewal letter. I walked in with the honest intention of renewing for another term ( I know there are plenty of other better options out there) but with lack of time and not wanting to deal with moving, I decided to settle for another lease. It only took me a couple minutes with you agent "India" to change my mind! I first ignored her rudeness (I blamed on her being probably tired since it was the end of the day) but clearly this person has no customer service skills, or I would say she doesn't care about your business! I decided to see the leasing manager (who standing behind and witnessed the situation) who I thought would be more processional and care about the tenants and your business, but I was shocked to see that he was just as unprofessional as her. As a business owner myself, I honestly don't think that having people in your office telling your customers " You are more then welcome to not renew with us and go somewhere else" is what you want for your business and the image of your company! Definitely will never renew at this place or do business with them! people please do yourself a favor and go to the 100s other welcoming places that would value and appreciate your business in the area!"
"I love this place. Nice apartments, cozy and light enough. It is located near H-E-B so i can go shopping without a car! I am the new resident here and for now Bell fits me perfectly. Our lease agent India Anderson was very polite, explained us all details of renting an apartment and helped us a lot. Thats why we are her clients now. Recommend to everyone."
"Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these apartments! In all seriousness, I don’t understand how this place has not been reported to Public Health & Safety by now. This apartment is absolutely disgusting. When I first moved here in 2018, it was such a beautiful property. I use to have friends & family over all the time. I moved from here and then recently had to move back because of the pricing during the pandemic. Now I can’t wait to get out of here. Where should I start….the property itself is just not kept up nor cleaned at all. The concrete floors are absolutely gross. They power wash once a year, if that! I submitted a maintenance request to power wash the floors because I cannot take the look or smell anymore, they told me it’s not a “real maintenance” request and they don’t have any idea of when the floors will be cleaned. They don’t keep up with any of amenities! Look how gross the kitchen area and gym are. I wanted to use the kitchen for a party. I asked one of the leasing consultants if I’m able to use it if it’s not reserved. With a straight face, she had the audacity to tell me “you can use it as long as you clean up after yourself”. Are you kidding me??? This apartment does not clean AT ALL!! I couldn’t even use it because it was soiled and smells like trash!! They love to send emails about fining people for leaving trash out outside of pickup hours, leaving H‑E‑B carts…they aren’t doing anything. Because guess what, people still leave their bins out and leave H‑E‑B carts. Hallways always smell so gross. All of your mail and packages will be sitting out on the floor for anyone to steal. When I first moved here, they mentioned you’ll be charged $1/day from Luxer if you don’t pick up your package. They don’t enforce that anymore so people never come to get their packages, which forces mail carriers to just leave it sitting out on the floor. None of the doors are secure here. People can just walk in as they please. They sent an email out about finally fixing the doors after residents has been asking for months to get the doors fixed. They say September of 2023 but pretty sure that’ll be pushed out another year. They are making our guest park on the first floor but guess what, there is no where for them to park!! They made so many parking spots on the 1st floor reserved so doesn’t leave anywhere for your guests to park. Not only that, they continue to create more reserved parking spots on any floor so good luck trying to get a close spot on the floor you live on. One time I went down to the office regarding an issue, there was a resident crying because her car was towed. She walked up to one of the managers about it and he said “sorry I need to get my coffee first”. It was the most gross and unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen. They do not pay attention to maintenance request. So many times when I put a request in, I mark “do not enter my apartment while I’m away”. I also mention to please call me before you come because I work from home. You guessed it, they enter my apartment anyways when I’m away and they don’t call. One time I was on a meeting for work and they banged on my door screaming “Maintenance!!!” It was the most embarrassing thing, I had to apologize to my boss. Like I said, don’t waste your time here. They like to send these silly emails of all the changes they’ll be making and they haven’t made any. All they care about is your money and that’s it. They don’t care about residents or the cleanliness of this place. Maybe if they did a better job of keeping this place clean, took pride in the place and actually enforced rules here, maybe residents will follow suit."
