Hunt Club Apartments

"Roach infested!! On arrival great customer service, maintenance always comes same day as request is sent. But the problem this place has is roaches. And it's not just our unit. We have been told. We have had big sprays, little sprays, washed the walls, tried essential oils, and home made insect killer and repellents and still nothing works. We wake up in the middle of the night and see them running when the lights come on. The company is to understand this is unhealthy and terrifying and just down right nasty. I read a review from 3 months ago where the company responded with, "We are working to resolve the problem." But I see them doing nothing at all but having pest control out to spray. The problem is deeper then that and the sprays ain't working."

"I have lived at Hunt Club before in a different apartment and left to another apartments in other city… I had the worst nightmare there. Immediately, I come back and ask Lucy for my same apartment back. She helped me get the apartment and I am so much happier. Maintenance, is excellent and over at the old place it was the worst. Thank you to Hunt Club staff."

"The lady helping in front desk is very helpful and nice but it doesn’t matter when apartment policy is trash. I was visiting my bf so Parked my car in VISITORS PARKING and got towed in 8:39 for overnight parking. They want us to register for visitor parking as well. So if you plan to have a get together you should have every guest car information even if it’s for 5 min parking. His family lives close by so it was convenient and we were ignoring all the other stuff but Regret suggesting him to move in this apartment. Be ready to pay $400 every time if you wish to visit a friend or family who live in this apartment."

"Management is wonderful. They understand the problem of the tenant and try to help at most. I would like to thank and recommend Ms. Lucy, and Ms. Adylene. One of the best one to deal with, easy, kind and understandable. Thanks Lucy ! Place is nice to live. Repair and maintenance comes immediately. Clean environment and well managed. Stayed here for last 5 years. Very easy when you want to move your apartment within the Hunts Club. I moved from 3 bedrooms to 2 bedrooms. It was easy and helpful."
