"Jonathan and Mr. T are amazing maintenance guys! They both go over and beyond to fix what is broken and make sure tenants are pleased with their work. Ayleen in the office is amazing as she goes over and beyond her job duties to ensure the tenants are taken care of! I had a recent incident and she made sure before she left for the day to help my resolve my problem. Thank you Ayleen!!"

"I want to start off by giving Nina in the front office kudos for going above and beyond when I first moved in. It has been over a year and things have been fairly positive overall. I would just advise to avoid the head manager Shirley. She is beyond rude and always has something ugly to say when dealing with residents of the complex. There has been a heated argument between us and she will quickly tell you it's your word over hers, which to me sounds like something a guilty person would say. Also ive had to pay rent late ( life happens) to which I overheard her say something unsavory regarding people paying late. Not that it's any of her business but things happen and for all she could've known there was an emergency. Hence why I went to the front office to speak to them, nicely I might add, to let them know that I would be late. I've heard from others that she is a problematic person so be warned. *I want to add that the maintenance team has been great at responding to problems that have come up in our unit. Jonathan and the others, whose names I unfortunately do not know. Have been quick when it comes to handling and fixing the random hiccups we have encountered. Thank you"

"Maintenance: Jonathan and Trennis are great people 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! The Administration: - 0 However, I have been waiting for Over 8 weeks to get my A/C repair to NO avail. This is a nuisance! I believe they have up to 48 hours to fix it but have not cared for. This is insane. All they want to make sure is that your rent is paid up every month and forget everything else. I'm very disappointed about these apartment complex and the management. I'm still waiting for my refund. I'm vailable to sit down and talk. Please call me to work things out. Thank you."

"I want to give Jonathan props for being a excellent maintenance man. Any time we have needed repairs he has taken care of us in a timely manner and has always been polite and courteous and is well knowledged In his work. Keep up the good job"
