"DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is ROACH INFESTED. The roof is constantly leaking. There’s mold in the apartments. There is trash ALL OVER the parking lot. They charge you $7 for visitors parking… why should I have to pay for my GUESTS to park in VISITOR parking. The water is constantly getting turned off. The rent is way too high for such a terrible place to stay. This place is ran by SLUMLORDS. They do not care about your safety or comfortability. I added a photo of my tub below. I contacted them about this the week I moved in.. the maintenance takes such a long time to come out—6 MONTHS LATER, IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!!!!!!"

"This place is so nasty don't ever rent in here they don't fix restroom issues,we complained this 3 weeks already bit they just opened it and left it like that. Water from upstairs restroom is going to our restroom when we shower. Poop smells also because they left it open and office people just saying they don't have internet for 4 weeks they can't fix it as per manager. This is the second review we are In unit 301, I messaged the karyaproperty they replied thru email that they will send someone but they did not, they don't even call to reach out. Now the second picture is what it is right now can't even shower water from upstairs restroom is dripping. The management will apologize on this review just to let everyone see that they are making actions but they don't respond nor send someone to repair."

"When my family relocated to Texas, we were very excited. Living in this complex changed EVERYTHING!! Management is constantly changing, so you have to constantly explain what your concern is. Still, nothing gets handled. Vehicles broken in, shootings in complex, Management not connected to tenants at all. They look at you knocking at the door because they want to deal with tenants. Finally my family prepared to move and before I cleared my closets, Management sent a maintenance person in my apartment. Lease was still active. He then called his family to come and get my things out. I have yet to get all of my items and the regional manager refuses to communicate because I asked if I would need an attorney. They think it will get swept under the rug instead of simply doing the right thing. This is totally unacceptable for anyone to enter someone's property and remove items. I haven't even been compensated for stolen items! The lack of integrity of this company is sickening."

"This place seemed decent when we first decided to move here and it actually was. Soon after moving in the same people we dealt with in the office no longer worked there and that has changed things for the worst. The communication is messy and they show a great deal of attitude with simple request. We go every single month without water or hot water for some type of time. Always given a run around and no responsibility is taken. The person they have titled as manager also lives on the property which is mind blowing that she wouldn’t do everything in her power to actually help but instead she’d rather sit and meet with her family all day. I’m fed up. I pay my money, I don’t cause issues, and hot water is not too much to ask for from your place of residency. I’m disgusted because this place has so much potential. It’s obviously being left in the wrong hands, these people are not people who get things done. I definitely could do a better job in my sleep!"
