"The Arlie itself is good place and I have no complaints about them. The first year I was stuck with some pretty horrible roommates and that's why the living situation was bad. Luckily in my second year those roommates were replaced with much better ones and I have had no issues so far. The maintenance team is great. They are super quick at fixing your problems. The gym is small but you can still get a good workout in. Overall if you can find a couple of roommates that you already know then the Arlie is a pretty good and affordable place to live."

"Lived here for 3 years, front desk workers are just students like you and do their best to help, management is nice and maintenance is responsive. The biggest issues really aren't their fault. However there are big security issues, and you will constantly loose access to things you're paying for. First, it's not secure. My old neighbors were not UTA students and were constantly yell screaming and smashing things in the apartment next to us, we saw them fighting in the hallway outside our door. It turns out they were also criminals who got evicted by Arlington PD for destruction of property among other things and were actively abusing their animals. There are roaches in the common areas constantly, also ants. Also, i have gotten parts stolen from my car while its in a locked garage. There is security, but they're a token effort. They will yell at you as a paying resident for using common areas after closing, but they're never there to stop theft or actively keep your property safe. For 2 summers in a row, the pool has been closed all summer. The gym really needs an overhaul because there's literally one bench. Overall, it's been a fine experience, and I like the roommate matching service, but with rates sky high as they are, I'm glad to be moving out. I will say, out of all the college apartments in the area, I believe that the Arlie is the best value for the money. That's what you get for living in Arlington TX ig."

"Cons: 1. There's no locker system so even though your order is delivered by Amazon, you can't get the product until the management decides to hand it over to you. 2. Management won't allow any door delivery so you have to pick up everything at the front office which is inconvenient but good for security. 3. There is a small gym facility but they never maintain it. There's no water even though there is a water filter. Disinfectant wipes dispenser is always empty. 4. Wifi is managed by Pavlov Media, speed is good but you can't setup any smart home hub because of ap isolation. Pros: 1. You will get your own private spaces. 2. Good appliances and maintenance. 3. Quiet Study rooms. 4. Direct bus service to UTA managed by UTA though and walkable distance too. A lot of mixed feelings but I would give this 5 star if they had a good front dest service."

"I have been living here since 2021 and I must say that the maintenance team has been amazing. Any request I put in has always been completed in a decent amount of time. Gary and the other maintenance guy ( I can’t remember his name but he’s Hispanic ) are absolutely amazing when it comes to fixing our needs as students here. They both are very sweet and always make sure our appliances work well. If something is broke I never go long without it not being fixed as it is fixed either the same day or the next day when the request is put in. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They both are great workers and deserve a raise for sure ! They definitely make living here a lot more enjoyable."
