"I just moved into a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is nice for the price and very good support so far. The process (like setting up auto pay and cashier's check for everything, is extremely inconvenient and rotten to the core. When I try to resolve this with the front office, I get flack. Oh well."

"Terrible complex. The new management is absolutely awful. Vehicles will be towed even if you are registered and are parked in a vistors parking spot. If you have family or friends that live here, just uber there because they are desperate for money and will tow your vehicle just because. Absolutely ridiculous."

"If you value your rental history, please do not move here. This property is known for altering billing ledgers on tenants. Once they have altered your ledger, they will use the excuse of the utilities, not being in your name and you’re not paying the bill. Therefore, they will charge you a very large amount and demand payment info. If you did not do this, they were completely evict you they will take you to court and lie from the judge can you state that you refuse to pay utilities the judge will only take their word for it, and documentation into consideration. when I first moved to this property, the office was closed for more than three months the last two months of my lease a new office manager came in. He stated that I owed a $800 light bill. she gave me three different invoices with three different price points on it. When I questioned this, she told me that I would have to set up an appointment and return to talk to her. she then went to court and took another document with a completely different price on it. told the judge I refuse to pay rent because I did not agree with utilities, which was false. now I have an eviction, and I was demanded by the court to pay the remaining balance of my lease, which was only two months left, which average to about $2300. They have a ported to my credit stating that I owe almost $7000 and the amount continues to go up to the interest. Please whatever you do, do not move here they will make sure you never find another place to live and also the pool has mold, and gangrene in it and has not worked for over 10 years. The previous office manager that helped me get moved in and sign. My lease was fired due to stealing money from the property so it reflected a lot of tenants did not pay their bills. It was demanded to make a payment and with any weekday due to how far they were behind this property had no sympathy whatsoever."
