"Do not move into this complex. This complex has had nothing but issues since I moved in less than a month ago. My husband and I moved on the impression of having a 24 hour gym and gated community, neither of those things are actually part of the community. The gym closes at 5:30 and the gates don’t close at all. I have In 2 weeks had to call maintenance multiple times for fix: the AC, the kitchen sink 3 times, the shower that detaches from the wall, blinds that were broken at move in, a hole in a door, a broken stove and have only had them actually fix the blinds. My husband has now had to go out of his way to fix multiple things just to make the unit safe for our newborn at our expense and we have been told we are “rude” for pointing out any issues with the unit. All and all this experience has been hell and I would strongly discourage anyone from moving here as I also here nothing but issues from neighbors."

"I toured today with Ms. Jasmine and I must say this was the best experience I’ve had with a community. From the initial meeting, to the knowledge of the community, to the touring of the unit everything was great. She showed me two units and I instantly fell in love with the second one. When looking for a new place to call home there’s not always a leasing agent that is personable. She answered every question I had even after I left the community. Based on the community amenities, the unit, and personable experience I’ve went ahead and submitted an application. It felt like home, and hopefully it will be.
