"It’s a nice quiet gated area, right across the street from a Walmart, which is nice. The renovated apartments are nice, but the individual rooms are not really spacious. The only thing I really disliked was the small rooms and WiFi. The WiFi hardly worked."

"Its a very quiet and safe community. Neighbors are friendly the kids all get together and play.also we have a salt water pool with with plenty of seating area though the pool is never packed.plenty of parking, rules are very simple here.landlord is very lenient.i feel very safe with the new ownership watching after hours and police department making rounds to keep the community a safer place.theres been lots of upgrades and the grounds look very nice with flowers palm trees in pool area, very relaxing.the new ownership and landlord are fantastic."
