"This is now called Red Oak Apartments. I am about to move out and am so happy about that fact. They remodeled the apartments but they didn't really finish what they started. They painted the kitchen and bathroom only. They re-did the floors but they are already creaking and have little holes. My neighbor's apartment has holes from when the brought in the new stove and haven't fixed it. I have lived here for a year and we have had 4 different managers during that time and the current one is only temporary. You are not allowed pets of any kind not even a fish. They have made us redo are lease far too many times because they loose or misplace them. The rent is based off your income so you won't really know what you'll pay at first until they process the paper."
