"All is will say is when moving out just be prepared to be charged if you stay here beyond a year. They will charge for normal wear and tear such as any changes to the tub and carpet stains. They also will charge for blinds falling - which blinds will fall with regular usage. They are the cheap, old school ones. They even tried to charge me for renters insurance bc I ended it my last day of my lease rather than after the last day. The counter tops seem to be one of those peel and stick type. Old wood cabinets from the 80’s, white refrigerator and they have the nerve to increase rent every renewal. Glad to be gone, bottom of the barrel."

I’ve been in communication with Jerry from the office and he is wonderful! Would definitely recommend leasing here"

People at this apartments are helping in nature. Service request will be taken care of at the earliest. Apartments Staff's are kind and helping .Special Shout-out to Kathy, she is a humble human being with a friendly nature. "Keep up the good work as always ,Kathy ".Pest control team visits every month. No priority parking. Always post prior notification at your door if any maintenance work happening at apartments say like water shut off during maintenance activities. Spectrum broadband has connectivity to the Internet. ATT fiber plans are not there :(.Overall a nice place to live in"
