"I went to view the property and was happy with the customer service and attentiveness Keisha provided. Unfortunately it was short lived I left messages and email for return calls on information on availability and never heard back."
"So I made a good review probably like a year or so ago, but needed to change it. We are going on 2 full years of living here. The apartments are nice in the inside! We have a large upper unit with vaulted ceilings. The appliances are updated and the countertops and flooring is new. However, I had to drop stars because there is never anywhere to park. My husband and I play musical cars with our assigned parking spot so that we can make sure that there will be an uncovered spot when we come back. The security gates are always open or broken and there are random people that come in and park that aren’t guests or residents. When the gates are shut the issue all but disappears. They also force you to pay for valet trash and honestly it would look cleaner if they would just allow people to take their own trash out. The trash sometimes sits out there for days and then animals or weather pick it up and it gets littered all over the grounds. The maintenance team was amazing when we first moved in and now it’s like pulling teeth to even get them to come out. We have resorted to making our own repairs if it isn’t too costly. Also, the guy that lives below us is borderline harassing us. He’s constantly banging on our door and what not for absolutely nothing. We could be sitting in our couch doing nothing and he would be mad. We brought it up to the front office and they haven’t done anything about it. We are on the verge of reporting this guy to the police because he won’t leave us alone."
"my review is based off the many fees you will pay on top of your rent each month. valet service is forced on you and i havent seen them in weeks but forced to pay a trash fee,a valet trash fee, a trash admin fee,water based fee, sewer based fee, on top of your regular water, sewer, pest fees. Very disheartening"
"Let me start here…..these people are so nice when you first meet them after you give them ANY sort of money that nice goes right out the window!!! They are money hungry , liars and insensitive!! The property manager wouldn’t even come out and talk after I was given false hopes by her employees. This company need to go straight to hell right along with the dead roaches they have in their apartment corners"
"I applied & got approved but with the condition of a full months rent as a deposit (that keeps changing $1308, $1345, 1365 per move-in day because it can take several days to get app done). They are looking at non-rental items on your credit which is fine but they should list that when applying. They also take longer than the 48 hours you’re allowed to receive your money back. But then they will keep your money because they held the apartment. The third party company gives you an opportunity to dispute but they can take up to 30 days, it won’t change the decision of a full months rent as a deposit nor will the complex hold the unit until the 3rd party “makes a decision” about the dispute per the management company. Understandable if you know this upfront. I mean a complete waste of time & money. Excellent rental history & decent credit score & that is still not enough ( even with proof that I’ve paid down debts etc. ). People have other bills than rent & this is not California. I have a career but I’m not currently rich. Specify rental criteria. I mean over $3200+ ( prorated rent, deposit, fees then June’s rent ) to move in, in the matter of two weeks is ridiculous for an apartment. I wouldn’t even get approved for income if I had to pay that monthly. If you have any charge-offs (even non-rent related no matter the age or total) I wouldn’t apply unless you want to pay a full months rent as a deposit. In this economy I’m holding on to my money & paying down debts not trying to make others rich for basic necessities like housing. Never in my 9 years of renting have I had to pay so much. I see many ppl move into to these properties & have to move right back out aka eviction. You have to notify your landlord normally 60 days in advance of notice to vacate but they won’t hold an apartment for you but you have to wait for approval or denial. They seem to just ignore your move-in day requests smh. They should do away with same day move in since they use third party companies that operate under standard business hours but leave applications open 24/7 & rental rates changing daily."
