"Shameka, baby I don’t even know why you in the office, you buy drugs from the corner store. You are a very rude and unprofessional lady! If you hate your job so much find a new one. You answer the phone with an attitude constantly! Im not even sure how you got this job! You have ZERO customer skills. Your mouth is too slick and if I wasn’t living in these ran down apartments, I would’ve been got on your ssa. Christine, you were professional at first but over the last few months you have become useless. You out of the office more than you in it. You are a clueless old lady and have the brain capacity of a bird. Nichole was a breath of fresh air. Y’all should’ve taken several notes from her. Post oak east is a roach infested complex. Nothing gets fixed on time. Units stay flooding and stuff. I can go on for days. If you love roaches, crack head office staff, this is the place for you!"

"WORST PLACE AND STAFF EVER! Let me start by saying that I dodged a bullet by them denying my application but my family members weren’t so lucky and got approved. If I could give them a 0, I would give them a -100! Shameka helped us and was cool at first because she was just trying to fill the units, so she “helped” us with the application to ensure an approval. She made comments about how the reviews about her were lies and asked us to write a good review! ANY GOOD REVIEWS IS BECAUSE THEY WERE ASKED TO WRITE THEM! The property is calm and quiet for the most part IN THE DAY TIME! At night, it’s a completely different story. The staff IS NOT HELPFUL and often times are the problem. There was no way to make a maintenance request besides calling the front desk until recently. So getting things fixed is literally as difficult as pulling teeth! Not to mention, the requests are still not honored! Shameka does have a fly mouth and she does not like taking accountability for things she said and done. Disrespectful is an understatement. She has not one professional bone in her body! So be prepared for that. Christine I think has a rock for a brain. She literally has no clue (or pretends not to) on what is going on in her front office or the property. THEY WILL LOSE YOUR RENT PAYMENT and will REFUSE to assist with locating the money you sent using the system THEY provide. So don’t pay online, just inconvenience yourself and get the money order! That way you can keep a physical receipt for when they “lose” your payment. It should’ve been a red flag that they keep switching third parties that process the payments. FWPD literally make daily appearances! There is an issue EVERY SINGLE DAY! Had we known any of this, we would’ve ran like our lives depended on it! Anndddd they wouldn’t let us view the unit until move in! Not to mention, the unit was supposed to be ready on one day and we had to wait a few days after just to be able to view and move in! Another red flag! The management company is nonexistent, so you’re stuck dealing with the front office. Do not believe those good reviews! Although decent looking, these apartments are an absolute nightmare and are not worth the headache! And that automatic reply to these comments mean nothing. They literally are just trying to make themselves look good for the internet! RUN RUN RUNNNN!!!"

"I have been here for 3 years. Mrs Nicole and Mrs Christine are amazing and always helpful.Mrs Shameka is also an amazing person.I love my apartment where I’m located is so peaceful. Thank you ladies for everything you done for my family."

"The inside of the apartment is awesome, spacious, the patio is also spacious, the laundry room is a great size and there's a large garden tub in the Master bedroom.The outside is a little different. I can't say the same. The employees work so hard to keep the community clean every single day but a lot of the tenants and their kids or horrible and nasty and do not care about keeping the community clean. If u are looking for peace and quiet in your living space U WILL NOT GET IT PERIOD. I've been here 4 years and im so miserable. I have to sleep with earplugs to tune out noises at night after 11pm and during the day I have to turn the volume on my TV to 100 to tune out the noise from children that are not disciplined who's allowed to run and jump inside the apartment. The running and jumping inside the apartment is so severe. I've had pictures and wall decorations fall over the years.. Smells come through the vents as if u are the one cooking or smoking. I will say with all the negative things I stated the New Manager whose been here for the past 2 years is awesome, she listens and she's doing her best to get rid of all the bad seeds. 9h and we have a great Security Officer who patrols and does a great job addressing, documenting and reporting the foolishness. Sooo if anyone wants to take their chances please move to the third floor and ask to move where's there's less noise. Thank u for reading and I hope it helps. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE"

"I was the Assistant Property Manager here at POE for 3 years and although it had its ups and downs, I will say my residents were what made it enjoyable coming to work daily. The love that they showed me on a daily basis from just coming into the office to say hello, or making sure I stayed fed was immeasurable. I truly miss them at times!!! I tried my best to make sure every person that stepped foot in that door felt important and was taken care of. You can't always please everyone."
