They will work with you if your honest. It's more than just a management company. They treat you like family. I can share any concern I have and they respond with urgency. They are in the business of doing right by there residence."

"Since day one I first meet Alyssa, super attentive and she went through the whole process of giving us availability and move in process. Helped through every step and guided us all the way. Then came in contact with Peyton to finalize everything. She was so caring making sure every need was meet and perfect for move in. They are both so welcoming and will do everything to help and sort any issue out."

"Crystal was great when she showed us the model and did our move in. It was after I opened my apartment door that the trouble began. The carpets were wet from being cleaned the morning of my move in. The oven was dirty, the baseboards covered in dust and filth. The bathtub stained, the walls not painted with very visible water damage to the ceilings. Cracks along the wall, bowed blinds because new ones weren't installed. Big white blobs in the middle of the two bedroom walls because "someone tried to touch up with the wrong paint", a washing machine that only puts out hot water, so I can't wash my kids clothes or my scrubs for work. Meanwhile, I get told there is only one maintenance person for this whole property and he will get to it when he can. All these things should of been handled PRIOR TO MOVE IN. If anyone would of taken the time to walk this apartment prior to me moving in, they would of seen that it wasn't ready. Oh but they were ready to take my money to move in! Do better. Fix things like they are supposed to be done before your residents have to double back and chase you down in hopes you will do the needed repairs. Update 7/7/2023: Maintenance came by and fixed a couple of my issues last night. I also received a follow up email from the property manager. Great way to start making amends with a new resident!"
