Gazebo Apartments

"Hands down the best place I've lived at in Denton, very spacious apartment, many closets which was amazing! One of the few places I've lived in Denton that also was NOT infested with bugs. Management is lovely and super friendly and helpful! The pool is actually useable and the gazebo is a great place to sit and relax and look at all the beautiful trees and flowers and plants on the property, again management does a wonderful job making sure everything is pristine and beautiful, definitely an "Instagramable" location. And speaking of location it is at the perfect spot to be a 5 minute bike ride to UNT, less than a 10 minute bike ride to university road and all the places over there and also less than a 10 minute walk to the square, right across the street from the local Saturday market and also less than a 10 minute bike ride to the library or TWU, great for anyone without a car or trying to save money on gas by walking/biking more. This place definitely highlights all the best parts of Denton and will definitely make you feel at home. 100/10 cannot recommend The Gazebo enough !!!!!"

"Don’t live there!!! You will barely or never get your deposit back, even you clean everything in your apartment, they will try everything they can to charge you. My friend has a package from USPS arrived in the office and they told him that package was lost, and they have no responsibility for it, finally, they found out it’s their mistake. It's a luxury to hold them accountable for your affairs. Often no hot water without notice, even during the Christmas Day."

"Gazebo Apartments was my very first apartment here in Denton. I moved in Nov.2021 and found the experience overall quite pleasant. Plenty of space for just me and my cat. Rent is reasonable and the location is perfect right by the square. Sunny and Dan are very great managers and helped make the moving process easy. If you don't mind paying in checks or money orders and using coins in the on site laundry facility then this place is perfect. Old school with a new look. Living by a cemetery I thought I'd be creeped out but atleast its quiet. Overall if you're looking for a cheap one bedroom apartment close to everything you need, stop by and see it for yourself ."

"I moved here in August 2021 and am a current resident. I've not had anything hotter than lukewarm water this entire time. Every time they go to "fix" it, it just ends up being exactly same. I've had only a handful of times out of my entire time living here that I've been able to take a comfortable shower. I'm pretty sure they just have way too many people on one water heater. Their only way of giving notice to residents is through paper notes clipped to the door, there is NO email communication, and there is no online pay option available. Another major issue is that the laundry machines are ALWAYS broken. Every time I go to the laundry room, almost all of the washers are out of order. There's normally only ever two that work consistently, and because there are so many residents to only two washers it's impossible to ever find a time where it's actually open. I've edited my review a bit because they have been working really hard to try and fix the hot water issue lately, and the management are nice people and very willing to help you. There are definitely still some improvements needed though."
