"Good first apartment overall. Fast wifi, had to call Pavlov a couple times to fix no connection. Liked the gym. Had some cockroaches last year but none this year. Had a door to outside but no real balcony. Fast maintenance. Pool was always cold. Management was no help for terrible roommate since it’s individual leases. Not a lot of storage space if you have a lot of things. Has a printer to use. Their computers don’t take usb. Some events held by apt. No cameras in parking lot"

Overall had to pay this apartment over 250 dollars for a couch and other damages I DID NOT INFLICT since they never brought anyone in to check over apartment damages from previous tenants for what seems like about 3 years until I moved in. Apartment was FILTHY upon move in dust and grime everywhere, gave me random gross roommates after going through RoomSync since management sucks and they over booked the apartment complex to make more money. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LIVE SOMEWHERE BETTER IM WARNING YOU."
