"I lived here for 2 years. The management, Jackson Chang Apartments, is great. Pros: The apartment is within walking distance of UNT. The apartment is cheaper compared to other apartments by campus. The apartment is regularly treated for pests. Bills included with rent. Free internet provided. Never runs out of parking spaces. The kitchen counters are granite. Gas stoves/ovens. Garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator. No carpet. Only 2 floors. Cons: There is a giant hill to drive up to get to the parking lot of the apartment. The free internet is very slow, so I recommend getting your own internet plan. The water in the shower is either too hot or too cold. The water in the shower isn't a very strong pressure. No washer/dryer hookup in unit. There are 2 coin operated washers and 2 dryers on site. Doesn't come with a microwave. There is no ice machine in the fridge."
