"I absolutely love living here. The staff is great, the maintenance team is quick and respectful, and the community is quiet and peaceful! They have way more events/fun activities for residents than any apartment I've ever lived in, and the walking trails are always maintained as well as the property itself. The staff always ensures it feels like home here, enforces community policies, and they are always on top of everything!"

"I Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the maintenance crew yall have here. Since day one of moving in these guys have been stellar, they are fast and responsive at getting things fixed up. I can tell they care about getting the jobs done right and treat us as if we were a friend. During the unfortunate situation with the frozen drain pipes they have been nothing but helpful making sure things stay dry and the kitchen sink does not overflow. Really just sending this off to say how much I appreciate them and that the work they do is invaluable to us."

"It's really not worth the money. Immediate regret after we sent in our application and signed the lease. We made a lot of error in judgement since we were rushing to find a place when we moved to Texas. Please learn from our mistakes. 1. Make sure they show you the unit in which you will be living if it is vacant. The staff failed to show us our unit when it was vacant and we didn't think about it at the time cause we were rushing. Pilar even went and looked at the unit WITHOUT US to ensure it met our standards lol. If I had seen that unit before we applied I would not have applied. The carpet was stained and dirty, there was rust everywhere, the stove was scratched the paint job was horrible. Everything was cheaply made. The dishwasher was rusted and dirty and didn't even work. We never used that dishwasher. 2. Some of the staff seem nice, but it feels very ingenuine. 3. NOTHING WORKS!! the gate is never working and is always open. For the majority of our stay we were not able to get into the gym if it wasn't during the open hours. If this happens to you, you should be able to fight for a reduction in rent becauee the amenities are included in your rent. We didnt know that at the time. Now you know. The staff will always tell you that your problem is their number 1 priority, but nothing will be done about it. 4. The handy men are incompetent if the issue is more complicated than changing a lightbulb. Our fridge never dispensed ice and we probably sent in 4-5 requests for them to fix it. I even went to the front office. Eventually they guy admitted to not knowing how to fix it and we just gave up. 5. You will not get your security deposit back. They have no intention of giving it back to you. They literally told us that on the phone after we moved out. This is the first apartment I've lived where I didn't get my security deposit back. We were charged for carpet cleaning when the carpets were never cleaned when we got there. We put it on our list when we moved in and we have photo documentation. I'm 100% sure that whoever gets our unit next will have dirty, stained carpets because they are not going to clean them even though they've taken our money. At least they will be cleaner than when we got it because we spent a day scrubbing all the carpets before moving our stuff in. They pointed us to the lease that says we were never going to get our deposit back, but the lease does NOT say that. If I were you I would demand that a person walk through with you at moveout. They refused to do it with us. If they do this to you go through and take a video of everything when you move out. Though we have photo documentation of the "before," we failed to take a video after. 5. Maintenance walks in your house with their shoes on and they don't wear booties. 6. They threatened to charge us $500 to remove a washer and dryer that was already removed weeks prior. The lady on the phone argued with me for a few minutes. It wasn't until later that day when my roommate called and demanded they check again that they actually checked. Didn't even apologize for their mistake. There's so many other reasons why you should not live here, but I think this is enough to convince you. Please save yourself the headache. We moved down the street for the same price and it is 1000 times better. Regret not coming here first. I attached a few of the pictures that I have to give you a taste of what your headed into."

"Great place to call home! We love the dog park and walking trails that surround the property! The community is awesome and really feels like home. The management team is top notch, and maintenance keeps the grounds clean. We love living at the Enclave at Grapevine!"
