"Asia'Unna and Nancy is always nice and helpful. Parking is always available which is awesome. Grounds are always clean and I never see the garbage bins full. Maintenance is always super friendly to me. honestly some of the best I have ever seen. I also like the fact that they are pet friendly. The apartments are very quiet love it here!"

I’ve come to the realization this is truly the home I don't want to leave from. Brenda and her team are top notch. "Greetings, I have been here a year and things have definitely changed for the better. Jason on the maintenance team is exceptional once he understands what is needed. Communication sometimes is mis communicated. Communication is key and He has that down. I so appreciate the Communication with fixing things in the apartment. May I advise to offer other means of paying the rent on the third after office is closed. I came to insert rent with on the third when I got off work and I either didn't get or didn't read the memo no more drop box. I do not want to go through a third party to pay to pay my rent that is assassin. And was advised since I'm bringing it on my lunch posted 01/03 I will still accrue late fees. That's pretty messed up maybe this will be read by the right person and it be given a thought. The girls at the front are nice but it needs to more genuine/personal vs. Rehearsed and the energy of I'm being nice because I have too. And this all for now I appreciate you all. Happy New Year"

"I have lived here for several years and overall it’s been good. I haven’t had too many maintenance issues but the few times I have the maintenance supervisor, Jason, addressed my issues. He was super nice and did a great job. I like the manager, Brenda, she is so sweet and the office staff is great too!!"
