"I called on Friday afternoon 2/2/24 inquiring about renting at this property, and was told to come today (Wednesday 2/7/24) at 2pm to tour their available units. The girl I spoke to (I think her name was Cora) took my name and number down and said she would see me on Wednesday for a tour. I show up today AT 2PM and there's a sign on their office that says they're closed. No other notes or anything. I waited around for awhile until a maintenance guy showed up, I asked him if anyone would be showing up at the office today because i had an appointment and he said to me, verbatim "your guess is as good as mine. they do this all the time." That was very disheartening to hear. I even called earlier today to confirm the tour this afternoon and had to leave a voicemail. I just figured they were busy. Nope. No one could be bothered to show up for work today or even have the decency to call me and reschedule. I took time off of work for this and everything because they told me they don't do tours on the weekends. Very disappointing because the complex, on the outside, looks cute and decently maintained. I really wish I could've gotten some more information about leasing and had the chance to actually tour a unit. But why would I want to rent at a place that can't even have staff on-site during their posted office hours? If they can't respect their potential renters, why should I expect them to treat us well as tenants? Furthermore, why would I even want to be a tenant at a place that is so obviously poorly managed? The maitenance guys can show up to work but not your office staff? Total waste of my time and energy to come here today."
