"Wait time to get in is months out and then they are only “in office” Tue/Thur. My only availability is Fridays. Terrible practice- not working parent friendly. The lady who called me was rude when I said I only have availability on Fridays. She seemed snarky and happy to “cancel” my referral. Glad I had another one in my hand to schedule with Doctors who want to actually get my daughter in. Edit- reply to cooks response- Based on the reviews, this isn’t a new problem… both the lack of availability and the rude staff. The staff need lessons on how to speak to patients. When I said “I only have availability on Fridays” she could have responded “I’m so sorry, unfortunately right now (due to staffing) we do not have anyone in office that day”. Instead I got a hesitant pause with “ONLY TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS” or whatever days it is. With people like that I wouldn’t come to you even if you had availability. And this is coming from a person who works in outpatient healthcare as well. Do better."
