"No one should move into these apartments because they move you into buildings that aren’t Ready and won’t come fix anything. Air condition has been out in my apartment for five months and I’ve lived there Six. It took them Two months to bring the plug for my stove. Had to call Code compliance multiple times. And things are still not getting fixed"

"I am currently having loads of issues with these apartments. We resigned our lease very recently to start on October 1st, 2023 but decided we no longer want to extend our stay. After speaking to the office they say because the lease has been submitted they cannot release us from the lease. I have tried to look for a corporate number and have trouble finding one. My a/c goes out every week it feels like and the excuse is we have one maintenance guy doing everything he can. Every time I put in a work order it gets put as if it was completed but yet is still broken. Recently when they tried to fix our a/c they sent a carpet cleaning company to clean out the vents and when they were getting cleaned the guy says he can see mold in the vents. I have not been able to have my oldest child stay with me because she has asthma and this is a serious issue for me. I have never been late with rent and would rather just be freed from the lease with no penalties because truly my current lease ends on the 30th of September. Another thing is the crime rate here that I think it’s crazy. I have a 2 year old and living here feels scary. I shouldn’t have to fear for my safety. There are constantly police everywhere and it feels like it happens every other weekend. Not including a recent killing."
