"I love the open floor plan! I was skeptical after seeing reviews of roaches and poor office staff. I have had no roaches or bugs period! The office staff worked with me and made me feel very welcome. Linda & Denise were amazing. I can see me living here for awhile it’s quiet and peaceful. Close to all my favorite shopping spots! You just can’t beat it! It offers a cleaning service for reasonable fee if you are unable too. I guess the only recommendation I would have is to offer trash pick up on certain days cause I would most def pay for that service . Otherwise an amazing place to live."

"I love my apartment, it was clean when I moved in, and it was clean when I moved out, I believe I live there for 7 years , I don’t have no problems til that started moving them hood peoples in, they’re car wasn’t inspected, they , and they bring there friends cars over there, with no inspection, so when I get off work couldn’t find a good parking spot, call the office and they kept on telling me that they was going to put parking stickers on cars and never did, that is the only problem I had, on the hand not a bad Place to live."

"1.Office is very slow to fix anything. It’s not due to the maintenance staff, It’s lack of communication and the complex itself is old, things are always breaking. The ladies in the office don’t like to work. If you complain they sometimes take longer and won’t always answer the phone at all. I was in the office when the phone was constantly ringing. It was almost time to close and I hear one of the ladies say “Don’t answer it, they have been calling about nothing all day, I stopped answering around 2.” 2.I lived there a year. The first week before we even moved our things into the house, we were infested with roaches and sugar ants. When I asked for pest control they said that they only come on Wednesday’s. So I was home the next Wednesday and waited until almost 2 pm with NO Pest control. I walked to the office and asked what happened and the lady said “he came this morning”. I told her he didn’t, I was home all day with the deadbolt locked. So he didn’t come to my house. She said “well I trust what he said, he’s reliable!” So she basically called me a liar. Husband had to physically kill a roach, zip lock it and take it to the office to tell them to fix it! I had to remind them many times to spray. I informed him that they were coming from next door and they finally sprayed the entire building. It was not the only one that had to be completely sprayed. 3. Loads of kids roam the neighborhood unsupervised, breaking things constantly, I witnessed a kid put sticks in the air conditioner unit that had to be replaced but was never the same, they say the air and heat was fix but it never was. Air constantly runs in the summer and heat isn’t ensulated well so bills are sky high. 4. My child’s bike was stolen along with another neighbors bike across the way. When I reported it to the office, Linda said “Well honey call the police!” And laughed. I said I reported it stolen already but I would like to make sure no other neighbors have the same thing happened. She yelled at me over the phone and said “I AM NOT TELLING ANYONE ABOUT AN UNVERIFIED STOLEN BIKE!” 5. I talked to the office manager about the behavior in the office, things that weren’t fixed that included a massive water leak in the guest bathroom, blinds that had one piece broken off of it on the back door, Dogs pooping almover the complex with nobody picking it up, trash that was CONSTANTLY OVERFLOWING because out of 50 buildings they only have ONE DUMPSTER and a trash compactor nobody uses, the stolen bikes, pool constantly closed for maintenance, whenever I took a bath the paint on the inside of the tub chipped and many other things happening because she was new. She barely apologized and said she will talk to corporate and get back with me. She never spoke to me again. LASTLY and slightly comical for me, after moving to a beautiful home after living in hell for a year with my family, THEY LIED so they could take my security deposit. Our lease was up 10/31/18, we asked if we could stay one more day so we could wait to payday to move everything out. They did but they charged us until the 11/5/18. It rained the day we moved and we backed the uhaul closer to building to move our things. They CHARGED me $75 for the “divets in the ground from getting your Uhaul unstuck “ They did nothing to help us out of the mud but charged us. I fell out laughing because I knew they were petty but that took the cake! They charged for carpet removal and stains and I have pictures showing there was only one stain in my daughters room which would have been easy to clean and they charged 25 dollars for the blind that I asked them to fix 2 months prior, they also charged 35 dollars for “nail holes” from pictures on the wall. So don’t get comfortable and decorate or you will be charged. They LIED and charged us 20 dollars for trash in the apartment when we stayed to 2 am CLEANING and sweeping any trash. I have pictures as proof. So after all of the lying they now say I OWE them $50.83 as a closing balance. It will be a cold day in hell before I pay for something I don’t owe."
