"The property is quite but don’t get sick and miss work or have to pay rent late because they will file eviction immediately they aren’t interested in helping you if you fall on hard times and if you are African American this definitely not the area or complex for you I have been here 8 months and eviction has been filed on me 3 times and they literally get the payment and I know it’s coming and will still file on you"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. You have been warned. The staff here is all nice and friendly until they get your money and the lease signed but after that they don’t care about you or your apartment’s issues. There are roaches all around the complex and in the apartments. Pest control rarely comes and services the apartment. There’s trash all around the complex especially around the dumpsters. Nothing ever gets cleaned. The roads are in extremely poor condition in and around the complex. Parking spots are very narrow so expect your car to get many door dings. Don’t waste your breath trying to get anything fixed in your apartment, maintenance won’t fix it. When maintenance does come and fix something, they don’t fix it right. You can’t invite anyone to come over and visit because the complex charges $4.33 everytime someone wants to visit. Tow trucks are a common sighting as they are towing cars constantly. Apartment is in a terrible location. A lot of crime around and there is a shady trailer park across the street. All of these problems and the rent is $1,200+ for a 1 bed apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THERE ARE BETTER APARTMENTS AROUND."

"Quick and easy process. Lupe and Karla were both very nice and informative. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is because I have roaches and I have never had roaches in my entire life so I’m kinda new to this. But I worked in apartment maintenance before and I know how common it is and they assured me that pest control was coming on Wednesday. I have done some of my own preventative measures to kill them all so we’ll see how pest control handles it from here. Neighbors were very nice."
