"First, I would like to say, the Property Manager Ciera is the most helpful person ever. My husband & I have been Apt hunting for the last month or so and this was the BEST customer service we've gotten throughout our entire process. We’re new to the state so it’s been a bit of a hassle trying to find the perfect place. Ciera has made our transition much easier. She even gave us suggestions on where to take our pets for grooming & daycare if needed. She even went as far as giving us great date night places to go. We actually can get a sigh of a relief now, with the help of her. Can’t wait to call this place home."

"I love living here!! The staff of Quinn and Ciera have been huge difference makers of making this such a positive experience for me. They are helpful, accessible and have shown a genuine interest to meet my needs. They are always friendly when I come into the office and they make the effort to ask me if there is anything I need. The maintenance team is also very responsive, friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and in a great area being close to I35, Denton, Lewisville, etc. Preserve has great amenities that not all other places offer such as covered parking AND garages. The pool and gym areas are nice as well, and of course it feels safe and secure with a gated front entry. For these reasons, I absolutely recommend Preserve at Pecan Creek with a full 5-star rating!!"

"My family and I love living at the Preserve. The office staff, Ciera and Quin, have been nothing but helpful since moving in, and have gone above and beyond to assist with and resolve any “issues” we may have faced. The maintenance staff is wonderful. All of our maintenance requests have been resolved in 24 hours or less! The complex is quiet, clean and the people are friendly."

"We scheduled a tour, and arrived 5 minutes early like requested. We sat in the leasing office for 20 mins before the girl finally showed up (10 minutes late!) Already off to a bad start there. She had nothing ready, and was scrambling around trying to find us maps. She handed us a floor plan and told us “go to the first building, apartment blah blah blah”. I figured it would have been a guided tour. Instead we had to find a way through the gate, and find this apartment to go look at it. She did not walk us around and show us the amenities, she did not sit us down and talk us through what they had to offer. It was a mess. When we began to talk about prices, she was extremely wish washy with pricing. It was essentially if we didn’t sign something today, it would be $5 a day until we sign? That makes no sense. We understand pricing fluctuates, but it was like she was trying to bribe us to sign by threatening to charge more if we didn’t sign that day. We ended up staying for a total of 20 mins and leaving. We signed with an apartment 3 mins away from these. A MUCH better experience"
