"Rent is affordable and the apartment itself is nice, but the ethics and communication of the landlord are extremely poor. She charges for pest control even though she does not supply it. My roommate and I had a roach infestation when we first moved in, and it took a month for it to get resolved. Though I am very grateful for our initial treatment, we were due for a follow-up spray a month later to ensure that no re-infestation would occur. However, there has been no reply or action taken from the landlord about this. It’s been many months, and we have started seeing roaches again. We once tried to meet with her to discuss it in person, and we stayed in the waiting area for over an hour, yet she did not acknowledge us. She does not respond to emails. It’s extremely frustrating."

"Do you like pests? Do you accept not having hot water in your kitchen because it’s at the end of the loop? What about AC that is loud and barely cools? If you will accept substandard quality of living for market rate then this place is for you. The photos they posted are so misleading it’s criminal. I have to pull teeth to get one thing done but others aren’t finished and when I continue to pursue relief from issues, their solution is I can break my lease with no penalty. I have son who is in the middle of the school year and picking up and just leaving is not as easy as it sounds. Avoid this place."

"I am not writing this review in bad faith. Management has been incredibly helpful and supportive so there is no reason for me to attack them. But some neighbors are being abusive. Every single day my entire apartment get smoke fumes of cigarette and sometimes I even feel weed smell. It is a violation of the lease to smoke inside the apartments. Because we share the AC and because of ventilation systems, and the fumes from smoking people come through the AC, in my case, I wake up in the middle of the night because of the strong awful smell. I am asking residents to please respect the right of non-smokers. You must smoke outside. If you smoke inside you pass all the second hand smoke to us and we did not ask for that. I do not want my apartment to smell like cigarette and weed every day and every night. Please do respect my right for not wanting smoking inside my apartment. Smokers violate the lease by doing so inside the apartments. Second hand smoke also can cause heart attack, asthma attacks, children birth defect in pregnant women, and lung cancer. So please smoker residents, do your smoking outside of the apartments. I really hope management charge expensive fines on violators because it is not their right to force us to breath smoke 24/7. They can't do that to us. It is an abuse. I am a non-smoker, I do have the right to have my apartment free of cigar and weed fumes. Smokers are breaking the lease and forcing non-smokers to smell cigar and weed fumes day and night. That is plain wrong and abusive. Tenants who are this disrespectful and entitled should be heavily fined until they stop. They do not have the right to break the lease. They do not have the right to force us to breath their smoking day and night. I emphasize it, this is an abuse and huge disrespect to neighbors."

"Don't get me wrong, the staff at the office is always nice and helpful, but I am bothered by the fact that the a/c chiller is constantly breaking down. I live on the south apartment area, I believe. And it's not like it breaks every month or two, it's been breaking down from either it be a week to another or having it fixed one day and them saying it was fixed but spending the whole night in discomfort because the a/c isn't working and it is so hot in the dwelling. It's so annoying when it starts to get so uncontrollably hot and humid in the apartment, especially when the weather outside is +100 degrees. Sure, they do send out to fix it eventually, but if you like me cannot stand the disgusting heat for too long, I highly recommend finding an apartment complex that uses a better a/c system that actually works. Edit*: I want to add more about the A/C chiller situation. They said that the chiller needed a part that the vendor was to install so that there was a somewhat permanent fix, and they did do that. They "fixed" the problem, only for it to break down two days later, yet again. I can list more issues, such as no actual cold water, if any it will only last for like 3 seconds until it turns warm, and that's on both cold and hot settings of the faucet. They also do not respond, as quickly as we'd like them to, to maintenance requests, such as leaks from sink and a leak in a closet. There are so many things wrong with these apartments, or at least the one I am currently in."
