"They never answer the phone, my maintenance requests are 3 months old and not one has been responded to or completed. it’s been 7 months and my apartment is still INFESTED with roaches and they refuse to help. Worst 7 months of my life living here, disgusting complex and disgusting units where they refuse to help or fix anything. Paying monthly for “pest control” who i haven’t seen in over 4 months, i keep a very clean house and am spending so much extra money on roach killers because they can’t be bothered to get rid of them or even respond to an email, call, or maintenance request. I would only wish this place on my worst enemy. no shade to the people working in the office, only to management and whoever is in charge because this place is not worth the price they charge for rent WHATSOEVER."

"The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is for maintenance worker, Mr. Thompson. He was super nice, friendly, and also fix other issues in my apartment when he only came to repair my garbage disposal. As for the complex, only choose as a last resort. There were many problems that I had to fix on my own such as repairing holes in the walls, roach infestation, and having to buy my own fan/heater since my apartment ones don’t work. I’ve sent multiple work orders that have been all ignored until recently due to me going to the office many times to remind them and honestly, the price is just not worth what they offer."

"All the issues I've had with this place would fill a book. Consider this place as a last resort. I recently finished a one year lease with this complex, and I couldn't recommend it to anyone. To start with, there is a terrible roach problem, constant leaks and electrical issues, and the area is filthy. The washing room alone was unusable for months due to it being unkept and vandalized. The worst thing about all of these issues is that the leasing office is incompetent to say the least. Either that or they ignore them. My roommate and I complained to the office about all the issues I mentioned. The roaches were never dealt with, a plumber destroyed my closet just to fix a leak, and the washing room hasn't ever been cleaned. The only pros are that rent is cheap, and UNT is very close. However, they're increasing their rates and you don't need the extra headaches if you're a student. I could deal with the complex if the leasing office didn't blatantly ignore their tenants. Avoid this place at all costs."
