"Old buildings. Heating and AC systems break down several times a year. Pipes in my apartment burst randomly during summer and created a bunch of mildew in my room. Management basically told me to go sleep somewhere else on my own account and that they didn’t have to fix anything because “it wasn’t mold… it was mildew”."
