"The new manager is a huge upgrade from the previous one. The head maintenance man and a helper broke into my apartment while my wife was home working, when she confronted them all they did was laugh and walk away. When I brought it up to the manager at the time ( this was months ago ) she flat out called me a liar, we made a police report and left it at that. He is still employed here, and lord only knows what else he does when walking the property. All and all the crew inside the office is top notch and very kind, if only they had more trustworthy techs.."

"If you enjoy living in roach infested apartment and maintenance taking forever to fix anything that you constantly have to visit the office and tell the manager who doesn’t care that your problem is urgent and make ever excuse why your requests aren’t being met then absolutely move right in. The apartment itself is great location convenient but the new management is a joke. We’ve gone to the office several times asking for pest control to spray only to be told they come once a month or they’ll get right on it when once ownership was changed the pest control only came out once to spray and that was about three months ago. Where paying for services they’re not giving us so unless it’s all you can afford DO NOT MOVE HERE! Pool wasn’t opened till it started getting cooler and no one cleans it honestly if your not strapped on cash don’t move here your better off going somewhere else or at least know that management here is a joke enjoy spending so much on rent while your place is infested with roaches."

Kelly Sibbitt always had time to Listen and made sure apartment needs and repairs were done. Kelly was Concerned, Knowledgeable and Honest. Kassidy and Sandra were also EXCELLENT Apartment Managers. They were Patient, informative and welcoming. I have been Safe here."

"Don’t live here unless you have no other option. Pros: rent (used to be) reasonable, location close to schools and twu campus, no roaches from what I’ve seen Cons: maintenance is rude and not very good (I have had several “completed” maintenance tickets where they’ve either fixed something incompetently or haven’t done anything at all), my water is constantly being shut off for hours at a time for the last three months with sometimes no heads up, air conditioners are old and drive electric bills up over $200 in summer (one time my ac was only cooking to 90 degrees and maintenance said that was acceptable), pool is never open, laundry “facilities” are dirty and have no air conditioning so it’s stifling and filled with mosquitoes when you’re doing laundry, facilities are just old in general and falling apart. New management has not been an improvement over old, if anything they’re worse. Look elsewhere."
