"For a senior at 55 years or older, this is an excellent place to reside in Tarrant county. . Built in 2017, the apartments are simple but up to date. The grounds are decently maintained. Nothing fancy but very good for meeting needs. The management personel have good tenure & run a fair & tight ship. There is normally a waiting list. The Senior income based rental program rates apply..I have lived here for a year or more."

"If you are 55 years and older this is the place for you if you want a quiet and safe place to live with a home that is as big as a house with all of the amenities in the apartment that you need! It's located next to a park with a walking trail and a lake and it is so quiet and Serene! There was a unit available for me when I went in but I have one more year to qualify so the manager Belinda is keeping me on the waiting list so that in a year if I've not found somewhere else to go I can move right in without having to wait again on a waiting list! Praise God for this property because it's beautiful and Belinda is awesome! And it helps that my friend Kathy lives there as well! She would quickly become my walking partner!"
