"PLEASE READ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE, my boyfriend lives there and he just moved there an has roaches BADLY!! They don’t really fix anything we went 2 days without heating in the snowy weather , we only had our stove keeping us warm in 20 some degrees weather. Not to mention when he moved in the apartment didn’t even look clean there was dirty walls one of the kitchen drawers were broken , ALREADY! Only thing in the apartment that looked new was the carpet! THEM ROACHES JUST TAKES THE CAKE WE HAD TO MOVE, 1st they were just in the laundry room then the kitchen but when they popped up in our bedroom we had to pack up and leave ASAP !!!!"

"I’ve lived here for 7 months now, it was fine in the beginning. Of course we noticed right away the horrible paint jobs, the lack of care of putting everything together like the flooring, the random splatters of paint on the floor, doors, things like that. And we decided it was small stuff just to live with it. Well then the cockroaches decided to come, I know it’s a whole complex thing so they’re coming from all over. Not much you can do about it. We put traps out and it helped a tiny bit. After that, things started to break, our water is constantly not working, we call, they say they’re sending maintenance but they never come. Our toilet, dryer, things like that. Luckily my husband is a very handy man and fixes our issues most of the time. I’ve had maintenance service requests for 2 months now and no calls or anything. Our counters in every room, kitchen especially, are so awful, anything and everything sticks to them, paper towels, cups full of drinks, literally anything. And it stains. It’s like they didn’t put a sealant on the counters after doing them, I don’t know. And I’ve brought this up to them 2 times now and of course they say they’ll send maintenance but never show up. Also, good luck at getting ahold of them on the phone. Better luck going down there and talking to them. The trash is also out of control. There’s like 5 dumpsters but it’s just not enough for the amount of people that live here. Trash is always spilled out, the raccoons get into it and drag it around the place, there’s bags of spilled trash in the trees off to the side, it looks so bad. There’s a lot of hard working people that live here, so of course on the weekends they have their relaxing time, but sometimes it gets out of hand being way too loud, beer bottles and caps all over the ground. Just no respect really, and there’s a lot of families here. Oh and the “playground” they have is just horrible. I cannot wait until our lease is up so we can move somewhere nicer."

"These are apartments are roach infested!!!!!! And dirty!!!! Very filthy! During the summer gnats will be all over the grass in thousands and it’s disgusting! And they will over charge your rent! Water bill will be close to $100 FOR WATER!!!!!! gas will also be almost $100. If you want a peaceful atmosphere PLEASE DON’t rent these apartments! And the office will not so anything to help with the overcharging of the rent. It’s such a big relief to leave these apartments."

"I lived at the Oakley for over a year. The company that owned the property when I originally moved in did great at taking care of everything but the new owners helped me make my decision to move out! They stoped taking care of the property there was trash every where! I lived right infront of the pool and it looked disgusting and moldy. I had visitors once tell me I should report them and sure wish I did back then. Office staff is the worse! Since I moved out I’ve been waiting for my deposit for nearly 3 months! By Texas law it is only supposed to take 30 days! I’ve called plenty of times and gone to the property which seems to always be closed. Had one leasing person tell me my check would be delivered within a week, that was 3 weeks ago! Out of many calls I’ve made the phone was only answered once! Leasing can only tell me they’ll have the manager call back. Im updating this now on June 22, 2022 while I sit in front of the manager Betty. Two weeks prior I emailed Cynthia because I never heard back from either. My payment was said to be re-issued two weeks ago. Yet I come in today and Betty tells me it hasn’t. This payment is 84 days late! And why am I still having to argue with these useless people over my money???"
