Chase Apartments

"I like how my original review was removed when we first moved in April 2023. And a few other reviews complimenting Miss Leah. Without her, my family wouldn't be here. Anyway, the stars did drop since then. Very satisfied with the entire apartment. We did have pest problems, but that is to be expected when you're located very close to the swimming area and you have to do some deep cleaning and make sure you squish all the roach egg sacks, etc. My issue is the contact. After spending 45 minutes reading through our 52-page contract, there's not an option for renters to understand the renewing process. Granted, we just click a button in our residence portal, but that's not trustworthy. I need to talk to someone and get things squared away before the end of the lease. Another issue I have is broken communication. The last time I spoke to someone from the office was October or November 2023, and it was clarification about some fee. Miss Leah would answer my calls whenever she could, and she told me herself that she expected me to call and ask a lot of questions. Communication helps for a person like myself. This needs to improve ASAP. ***Update*** Switched to 5-star review. The office got back with us and now we are rocking and rolling again! Still, I wish for more effective communication, but thanks for working with us. Cheers to another year!"

"Yep... They are a scam so don't bother applying because they will take your money and stop communicating. Then I call their number it says the number is not in service. A whole business scamming. I will be reporting them to better business bureau and fraud. They will respond to this review saying contact them and they apologize and so on as they usually do but it still stands that they are a scam and fraud. The best way they can respond is to return my money and STOP SCAMMING people!"

"We just moved out after one year lease, now moving out of state. We enjoyed living here. Friendly neighbors. Clean pool. Activities for residents. The apartments are older, but the manager and maintenance team are amazing, very responsive! The manager was so great to work with and good at her job! And what the person below said about all the 5 star reviews being friends of the manager isn’t true. Never met Leah until last year, but she treated us with respect, KINDNESS, and empathy. We felt safe living here, well maintained with usual apartment life issues. Anytime we had any problems they were there quickly to fix whatever was going on. Great place to live!!"

"I’ve been here 6 years and overall it’s a pretty quiet and comfy complex. But I’ll like to shine light on our new apt manager Ms. Leah who has came in and turned the complex around. I’m currently posting this sitting at our 1st annual 4th of July pool party. Nice dj playing good music, barbecue on the pit, water balloons for the kids to enjoy themselves. This is lovely."
