"Transferred from a two bedroom to another unit for having consistent issues of my a/c and heat not working and having to pay a high electricity bill for something that took 2 months to complete if they would have just simply looked more into the issues the first time. And as far as hiring my own vent duct cleaner to come out to check out the vent in the apartment after I replaced my dryer from having issues not getting clothes dry. Now I have transferred to a brand new unit and can’t use my washer due to the water valves not working properly. There has not be a confirming answer when they will get a plumber out here to fix this. This is unacceptable at this point."

"I’ve been living in these apartments for over 10 years and I can say I have seen an improvement in the office staff as well as maintenance. Jerry and Adrian are the best. Everything I’ve asked of them they were there no questions asked and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you so much Jerry and Adrian for your dedication and hard work! "This whole move has been a DISASTER! I moved in a month ago and have had complaints since I got here! The apartment wasn’t clean, things that should’ve been replaced weren’t. And on top of that the building is infested with termites and fire ants. I wish I could pack up and move to be honest. These apartments need a full and complete rehab and overhaul. This is RIDICULOUS!! I included a few photos so you can see what I’ve dealt with since 12/29/2023."

Jerry Hamilton took extra time to make sure everything was fixed in our apartment. He's very nice and courteous. Even took our trash out for us when he was done with all the work. A+ team. We love it here!"
