"I moved in about 9 months ago. Their latest management company has been consistently making improvements. If there's a maintenance issue, they come out within 24 to 72 hours to fix the issue. The ladies in the office are wonderful! Spectrum Internet is included in your rent, which is pretty awesome. They are always making imorovement to make our community better, and safer."

"Office staff and upper management are unprofessional and poorly trained. My company has completed $20k+ in work, as it was stressed that the property needed to meet a certain percentage by the end of December. My crew often worked seven days a week, working 18 hour shifts to complete a unit that would be scheduled for move in the next day, often times going in to remedy lackluster jobs that had been previously completed by other companies. However, when it comes to payment for works completed, we have been given different answers Everytime regarding payout policy. We have not been able to get anyone from the corporate office on the phone, no one answers at the property office. We have had to go to the property on multiple different occasions regarding this matter, and still have not been provided any viable information."

"INFESTED WITH MICE!!!!!! CHECK THE PHOTOS FOR PROOF! THEY WILL LEASE YOU AN INFESTED APARTMENT WITHOUT TELLING YOU!!! I personally know 4 other residents who had the same issue. All in different buildings. Notice that all positive reviews are from new residents. I couldn’t live in my unit while paying for it. I begged for months to be released from my lease… I was finally released from my lease and was charged $5,000 upon moving out. DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOTTTTT MOVE HERE!"

"Wow. Let me tell you how good God is, this place is definitely apart of my journey. I worked with Ms. De’Lysse aka D, who is very soft spoken and extremely thorough. It was nice getting to know the staff of the property and really getting a honest layout of the complex. I even met the maintenance manager. I previously rented from RPM living on my last apartment and was said when they sold that property to another company. God really showed up but the property team is showing out, to that I say pop off then! Welcome new residents , and Hello new neighbors! So I returned today to view the other properties bay far Eastchase is superior."
